| Fan Club Reunion - Chicago 2008 |
Many USAEIFanClub members came together in Chicago in
September for a fun-filled weekend and concert including two
girls from the UK, Charlotte and Laura. We started off the
weekend meeting at the hotel and holding a scavenger hunt
for the girls. We had four meet and greet passes to give away
as prizes. The girls had one hour to do and find specific
things and whomever had the most points would be the
winners. Our winners were Candie, Laura, Michele and
Sharon.
After the scavenger hunt, we put on our craziest PJ's and got
together for a gift bag exchange and pizza. Everyone put
together a little something from the area they came from for
the exchange. The gifts were wonderful!
The following day, we took a group of girls into the city to see
the sights. We saw Lake Michigan, the Sears Tower, Lincoln
Park and shopped at some of the many stores. We gathered
for a quick lunch before heading back to the hotel to rest and
get ready for dinner and the concert. We had dinner at a
restaurant called The Ram and took a big group picture.
The concert was amazing and the girls had a wonderful time
meeting with Enrique and getting their pictures. We all met
back at the hotel to go over the evening and our experiences.
A HUGE thanks to our wonderful hosts from Chicago for the
fun, food and games. It was an amazing weekend of meeting
new friends and catching up with old friends. Until next time!
